I decided to get breast implants mostly due to the fact that over the last few years I have lost a lot of volume in my breast tissue. I didn't have much to begin with, and now was starting to feel like I need more to fill out my clothes, swim suits. I am only 30 and have never had kids..... and I wanted to look that way!

Wow those look great so soon after surgery. I'm getting my BA Feb 6. I'm A 34b now, sometimes A because I've had two kids and they are a little sluggish. I'm Thinking of 375cc silicone high profile. May I ask what cc you got. I know everybody will

Sure, I have 421cc in both sides. I weigh about 127 pounds and I am 5' 4" I was a 34b before surgery, but at times had a little extra room in my bras. I am now on the border of a C/D cup. Depending on the bra style and brand I can sometimes get away with a 36C, but most of the time I am finding a 34D fits best and is the most comfortable. Hope that helps you! Good Luck !

Thanks for the tips, I will try to focus on the look and not the cc when I go for the pre op. It's just nerve racking trying to not go too big, but not regret going bigger. I'm sure I will be posting after my pre op appointment.

Sorry hit the wrong button. Every body is different and the cc will not be the same on a different body. My profile pic is from when I was nursing and that's what I'm going for. Any tips would be great. My pre op is on the 19th of this month.

I understand your consern about not going to big. That was my biggest concern as well and finding the right size was definatly the hardest part of the whole process for me. Here is how I decided on the size I got. Hope this is helpful for you...... I have a small frame and wanted to make the surgery was worth while but yet not be obvious to the world that my breasts are fake. I am happy to say that I believe I have accomplished that. I wore a lot of padded/push up bras before surgery so now I don't think people even notice a difference. My advise would be to talk with your doc about your goals with the surgery so he knows what you want to look like. Focus on the look you want more then the size. That was the best advice my doc gave me. When I got to "try on" implants at his office. I didn't even look at the cc's as I was trying them on. I just played around with the sizes and put different shirts on until I found the implants that gave me "the look" I wanted. Turned out that look was with 375cc's. My doc agreed that from a surgeons stand point that size would give me the look I wanted. So then I went up one size, because you loose some of the volume when the implant is placed in your body. And if you are going under the muscle with the implant your pectoral muscle will also absorb some of that volume by squishing it down. So to make up the difference and get the look I wanted my doc suggested the next size up at 421cc's with a medium profile implant. Because of my natural anatomy and shape, he thought the high profile implants would make me look to round, and unatural like I had two balls on my chest. I hope that helps you, I am happy to answer any other questions, or talk about anything else if you want. Good luck!
