I chose 533cc Natrelle silicone gel implants, going from an A-cup to ~DD. The procedure was easy-peasy, and during recovery I never experienced anything beyond moderate discomfort: some soreness, tightness, and swelling, but nothing I would describe as "pain." At 3.5 months, they look and feel very natural, new acquaintances to whom I've mentioned my implants are genuinely surprised they're not real.
