4 months post

3-4 month update

WORTH IT$5,600
Was asked to post some more pictures. Using the same suit for all pictures... Sorry about the nips...

For the most part I think they look the same as day 10 but they have dropped and now have a better slope on the top.

Still love them... Took them out Friday for the first time in a bikini in public. ????

HI you BA looks very nice. I wondering if you could give me some advice. I scheduled mine for July 3rd. I am very anxious, nervous and obsessed with this. I can't wait. By body frame is very similar to yours. 5'2 108lb. By Bra size is 32AA. My doctor suggested that I go bigger and instead of saline Allergan implants HP290cc I should go for Allergan HP68-320-340. I was thinking to get 325cc but I am really worried that will end up looking huge on me. Do you feel your are too big for you. My PS told no matter what I will always feel big with implants because I was always very small. Never had much tissue. How do you feel today. Are you happy if your choice? You must be, it looks beautiful and very natural. What do you suggest based on your experience? Thank you so much!:-)
Thank-you. Go with your gut on size. If your PS has sizers try them on. I really do love mine but just as a FYI getting saline they will tend to be harder than silicone especially if you get an overfill. My implants are technically 270cc filled to 325 on left and 315 on right. I normally bought xs or s size for tops and they all still fit, I just fill them out better. :-) Good luck with your surgery!! Hope I answered your questions, let me know how it goes or if you have more questions.
Thank you so much for replying. Your answer did help a lot! I am very excited and can't wait. Thank you again!:-)
You look awesome!!' We are about the same size and o hope to get similar results!!! Quick question, what was your initial size? You said 34A but then 32C? Can u pls clarify? I am a 30A hoping to become at least a full C/small D cup and plan to get at least 300 saline.
Thanks! I was buying 34 a bras all my life.. When I got measured at VS before my surgery, they said I was a 32 c.. But as you can tell from the before pic.. It sure doesn't look like C cup.. Lol! I currently buy 32dd bras now but if it's a push-up I buy a 32ddd.. They did end up a bit bigger than what I looked like it the bombshell bra..Hope I answered your question.. Good luck with your surgery!
Thank you!! You definitely had more pre-op than what I have now. I will decide the final implant size on Monday at my pre-op. I am so excited !!

This site has been great! So, here is my story so far...

Scheduled my first consult on January 20th. Had already decided on saline implants. Figured out sizing that day. Decided on 325 cc implants. It was recommended to use HP due to my frame size. I am 5'3" and 104 lbs. I had been wearing a 34A bra (Vickie's bombshell) and wanted to go to a small C cup. Before my surgery I went to Vickie's and got a bra fitting just for kicks and giggles. Got fitted for a 32C. Was told the 34A I was wearing was gaping.

Picked up meds the Friday before the 12th. My insurance covered them so I only paid $20. That surprised me because I wasn't expecting my insurance to cover them. ** recommend to get non-child proof caps on meds**. hibiclens was sold over the counter even though Dr. had prescribed.

Took my 3 hibiclens showers before the surgery. ** Someone recommended shower caddy to be waist high! ** great recommendation!

Anyway on the 12th my mom came to my place to take me to my surgery. It was scheduled at 1:15pm and was told to show up at 11:45am. ( was so hungry!!!)
The worst pain for me was when they put the port in my hand for the anesthesia. The nurse told me that I would feel like an elephant was standing on my chest when I woke up. Woke up from anesthesia around 2:30 pm... The first thing I did was ask the nurse was what time it was... Lol.. But I felt the pressure. Boobs were very big and rock hard!

Spent most of time the couch once I got home. Had 4 pillows propped and sat at angle between 45 & 90 degrees. Struggled when getting off the couch but great ab workout! Ended up sleeping on and off through out the evening but did my arm exercises (raising them in the air 5x's an hour and laying on my chest for 15 mins) that the Dr. recommended. Slept well throughout the night. Was kind of out if it but didn't think about putting a bra on... Breasts were sore! Had ice packs on them all night. Also read Arnica is supposed to help swelling and pain so had bought it at GNC in a gel form. The gel is great.. Felt cool on breasts when I would put it on.

Post op appointment was scheduled the next day on the 13th at 1:30 pm. Before appointment took a shower but wasn't able to get my arms high enough to wash hair. Put on front closure sports bra that I bought at Walmart for $8, felt great! ** many ladies recommended this one and stated it runs small so bought a 36. ** Also went walking and ate lunch at the mall with my mom before appt. Dr stated that my breast look great and would see me in a month for after pics.
Did take some of my own pics... Riding high and look squarish on top.(Frakenboob?) Slept most of the evening and night.

Mom left on Friday AM so went off the narcotics so I would be able to drive if I needed to. Felt real bloated and realized I hadn't had a BM. Bought Mirolax and drank a milkshake ( I'm lactose intolerant so I assumed that the shake would work! It did not.)

Sunday I went shopping for a bra at Vickie's ... 34DD! Bought a non- underwire but it gaped on the band and the girl stated that it was fine... Decided to return bra and went to the original Victoria's Secret I had gotten the first fitting at. 32DDD!!!

Read my paperwork and it stated I could wear a bra as normal so bought a couple of underwire bras.

Monday 17th
Went to the gym... Walked a mile on the treadmill.. Tried doing some leg work but not a lot because I didn't want to push it too much. (Usually workout 5x's a week lifting mainly with a day of cardio.) Dr. told me I could still go to the gym but no heavy cardio for 3 weeks. Told me I could walk on the treadmill for an hour.

Tuesday 18th ...
First day back at work.. Spent day at my desk... Wore my underwire bra today. Felt fine but hurt a bit where the wires met in the middle of the bra. My incisions are a little sore and get "zingers" every now and then. Once I got home, looked on realself and most dr.'s on the site don't recommend underwire until 4 weeks post op.

Saturday 22nd
Went to the gym in the AM. Lifted but did not use weights over 30lbs. A friend texted to see how I was doing and wanted a picture.. Took one and realized that my boobs had dropped and were looking more round! :) Think the lifting at the gym helped because later in the day I was able to reach my arms higher than I had in the past.

Sunday 23rd
Went to Victoria's Secret again to get measured since the swelling went down.. 34d or 32dd.
Also realized I developed Mondor's cord under right arm. Think that was the reason I was struggling with raising right arm.

Thanks for posting your journey, every little bit helps. I'm also lactose intolerant but I can't drink milkshakes haha but I may try an ice cream or two when my time comes, hopefully that will help. Amazing how that idea never crossed my mind haha so another thank you for the great idea. On another note they look great so far, i'm getting saline 335 cc or maybe 325 cc still to be decided :) -hugs- happy healing lovely, keep us posted would love to see your progress
I am curious, how did your insurance cover the procedure? Who is your insurance provider?
Sorry if I wasn't clear. My insurance covered my prescription medications which was nice because Tylenol with codeine would have been $100 without insurance and it cost me $15.
