Wanted fullness back! I got 520cc Natrelle Inspira Under the muscle with an Inframammary incision. Very happy with my results so far. Dr Tholen was amazing! I showed him pictures of what I wanted and let him use his expertise to make the final decision on the size. He chose perfectly, in my opinion. The hardest part of the surgery and recovery was that I have a 1.5 year old. I didn't fully consider how not being able to lift her would challenge me, but we made it through!

Let me say that this review is not just about Dr. Tholen, it is about his entire team! From my very first contact with his office staff, everyone has been kind, caring and professional! At my consultation Dr. Tholen spent a generous amount of time answering my questions and making me feel very comfortable. And let me tell you, he is an encyclopedia of knowledge! He is obviously very experienced and confident in his ability to do the job well. On the day of my surgery, I was SO nervous, but the young man (sorry, I don't remember his name) who did my anesthesia helped me feel much better simply by how he talked with me (and then the drugs helped later, of course)! The rest of the surgical team was great as well! My recovery was surprisingly easy with minimal pain. It is a 4.5 hour drive for me to Dr Tholen's office, and he goes above and beyond to make sure I know that he will do anything he can to answer my questions without me making an unnecessary trip. My entire experience with Dr Tholen and his team has been fantastic, and I would definitely recommend him!
