Dr. Tholen's staff were amazing- everyone was so nice. Tracy was extremely helpful with sizing and didn't rush me at all. Sarah answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was extremely helpful throughout the process. The day of surgery went great- I felt very comfortable and everything went smoothly. I was nervous about size because I am very petite, but the results were perfectly proportional to my body. Recovery was a breeze because I had continuous follow up appointments and was provided all of the necessary information. I would highly recommend Dr. Tholen and his staff.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review, and especially for recognizing my staff--they are superb, and allow me to offer the quality of care I insist upon across the board, not just in the operating room. I would also like to personally apologize for the wait times you encountered. There is no excuse for the waste of any patient's time, but taking proper care of previous patients can and often does take time. So does my own movement between patients since my leg injury last year--fortunately my operating has remained unchanged, but until my gait and walking improve (as I strive mightily towards), I must accept a major part of the blame for my tardiness in clinics. Thanks for your honest appraisal; it makes the other 5 stars all that more meaningful! Best regards! Dr. T
