almost 4 years ago i underwent bariatric surgery and lost over a 100lbs. With that weight most of my breast volume was gone. I was unhappy with the extra loose skin and knew immediately i would be getting implants. I thought about possibly needing a lift as well, but decided to just go with implants and i think i made the right choice.

My experience was very positive. While he was certainly not the cheapest, you get what you pay for. I think Dr. Gervais did an amazing job on my breasts. i am only 5 days Post Op and they already look fantastic. His staff are all so nice and helpful and there to answer all your questions. I felt very comfortable.
