Hi Everyone!
It's been about 9 months now since I have had my son, and I'm sure some of you know how your breasts don't quite look the same after having a child! I have never had anywhere near big breasts. My whole life I have barely been a 32A. I think some of this has to do with eating disorder issues back when I was in about 6th-9th grade, so I feel I have never quite developed fully in that dept. Being pregnant didn't change my breasts at all, besides all of the stretch marks (funny since that was the ONE place that didn't change in size, haha). I know that 20 is kind of young, but after thinking about it, I am only getting older and might as well get my dream boobs while I still have a nice body! After discussing with my boyfriend, we both know that we don't want anymore kids and have spent many months saving up for a BA for me. I have always thought about getting one some day, just never really thought it was possible until now! I have a consultation with Dr. Gervais on Feb. 11th and I am beyond excited! Out of all of the PS I have looked into, I think his work stands out and looks amazing. I am hoping he is the one! (If not, I know that is okay and will just keep looking :) ) Now my issue is size....
Current stats:
Height: 5'2
Weight: 118lbs (I would say I have an athletic type body.)
Cup Size: 32A
With that being said...I have been considering trying to reach a full C or a D. I am just afraid if I go for the C I will later regret it and wished I would have went for a little bigger. I just feel like if I am going to do this, I might as well do it right the first time! Any advice on my journey so far? I will be posting some examples of size and shape that I would like soon!

I am so happy with my decision to get boobs! HUGE confidence boost, I actually like looking in the mirror. My advice is to go a bit bigger then you think. My doc. Wanted me to get 285cc and I went 310 instead. I know I would have been disappointed if I had gone smaller. Good luck! It was so painful but so worth it!

I am just so excited! At first I was only considering something around a C, but after being on this website for a while, and reading stories, I am now wanting more of a D! I agree with you completely about going a little bigger, I just know I would be disappointed if I go on the smaller side!

I wanted a C and ended up with a D which turns out is perfect. They suit my frame. It truly was the best thing I could have done. I'm happier then I have ever been. Best of luck to you! Keep me posted, I'm interested to know how everything works out for you. Also go with your gut on choosing a PS, I read some crappy reviews about the one I chose but after I met with him I felt really good about it. He turned out to be awesome!

I'll keep that in mind! The one I'm going to see soon I hope I end up liking...since I am under 22 silicone isn't "recommended", so many PS won't give me that option. I contacted this one though and he is willing to do silicone if it would be the better choice. Fingers crossed! :) Do you think that D would look too big on someone like me who is only like 5'2?? I consider myself to have a wider torso than most girls of my height and weight so I am hoping that accounts for something?

I'm 5'3 and 130 lbs but I have a small frame and I think a D looks perfect for me. That's what I loved about my PS, he was very honest about what he thought would look too big. I was nervous about looking like I had really broad shoulders after and he kept that in mind when helping me choose a size. See if this PS has sizers you can try on. He should help guide you to a size best suited for your body.

im going in for my op the 28th going from a deflated 34c to hopefully a DD im using 550cc silicone under HP but im going to bring in my wish list boobie pictures tonight and try on more sizers im nervous as heck

It's pretty freaky because it's a huge unknown. If it makes you feel any better I know 6 or 7 people that have had their boobs done and not one of them regret it. Good luck to you! I'm sure all will go very well!

What size of sports bras did you end up buying for after your surgery? I am thinking a M should be good, but I'm curious as to what others ended up buying. Going with 457 or bigger implants.

I bought a couple medium ones just for wearing to work and around the house for the first 6 weeks. My best workout bra is a large and it is maximum support. I can no longer run without max support but I can wear anything I want for weights and stuff. It's one of those things tho that you aren't really going to be able to guess at. You might have to just go try some on at the store, you want to be really comfortable in whatever you choose.

Okay that helps! I just bought a few medium ones from that make me heal website for now which should work for now. Getting excited now! Feels like it's actually getting real now :)

Posted some before pictures! Now I have a question for some of you ladies out there that have had kids. Did any of you get stretch marks on your breasts without your breasts even changing in size? It is kind of hard to see in my pictures, but along the edges of mine I got stretch marks, and throughout my whole pregnancy and even after, I did not change in breast size! I just think that weird!

Yes I am in the same boat. Got stretch marks and boobs barely grew with both pregnancy.
