I have been insecure and self conscious about my lack of breasts since I was a teenager. I’m a 41 year old Mom of two and although I never really started with much breastfeeding took away what little I had. I’ve decided that this is my time to finally feel like a woman. Surgery is tomorrow and I’m a nervous ball of energy. I’m excited and a little sick to my stomach all at the same time. I have decided to go with 345cc cohesive gel silicone- moderate plus profile under the muscle. I hope to achieve a C cup.

Great. I’m so happy with the size. I didn’t want to have big breasts just something that looks normal for my body. I think the size is just perfect for me! I look in the mirror and feel like this is how I was supposed to look all along. Looking forward to the tightness in my chest going away but other than that it has been pretty smooth. I’m so glad I did it. Good luck!

Hi, I have a question, why did you go with high profile because of having a narrow chest wall? I am pretty narrow up there as well which is why I ask. Thanks

Due to my breast width diameter I needed an implant that was under 12 Cm wide. To get an implant with 345cc my surgeon needed to go with high profile or I would have had to go down on cc’s which would have produced a smaller breast. He said if he would have gone with a moderate plus in the 345cc’s the diameter would have been wider and it would have created a lot of side boob which I didn’t want because I work out, run etc and that would get in the way. I was concerned the HP would be too torpedo like and he assured me they wouldn’t because the implant was small enough that it wouldn’t look that way. You can look at my photos and see the photo of the implant size chart I posted. It lists the different size implants and their corresponding diameter. The high profile on my body are not “out there” and a moderate profile would have produced a breast too wide for my chest. Good luck it’s SO hard to figure out what to go with!!!

All done! Surgeon went with 345 Hp due to narrow chest wall

Not sore at all. Just a really tight feeling in my chest. 3 hours from start to finish and home! 345 hp cohesive naturalle.. just took two Tylenol and muscle relaxer. Ladies it was way easier than I expected!

They look so big to me! I think just about anything would look big though!! I’m so happy with them..can’t wait for them to soften and look natural but I think they will be perfect once they do!

I ordered it on Amazon it was a generic brand but called “Women's Zip Front Sports Bra Wireless Post-Surgery Bra Active Yoga Sports Bras”. I have 4 of them and they worked perfect post surgery!
