I recently got breast implants and reconstructive surgery on my nipples, I have 4 children and nursed them all during that stage of my life. One of my children wouldn't nurse from me but, I was determined that she get my milk so I pumped and fed her 10+ times a day for 3 months. Well, this resulted in depleting me down to a breast size of Triple A and my nipple were extremely stretched out due to pumping so much. This caused me to become very insecure about my breast and then I kept a bra on pretty much 24/7 even during intimacy with my husband, I didn't feel feminine. Now since I got breast implants and reconstructive surgery on my nipples I feel very feminine and secure with myself as a women.
