20 YO Brazilian Butt Lift

From the back and side the results look great but the front is still annoying me. There’s these weird little saddle bags right above my hip that make me look heavier than I am. Looks fine sitting down but standing is awkward. Not sure what happened there. My butt also has dimples on it when it is flexed. I still have great projection and size.

Think my definition is starting to show a little

I thought my body would be better by now but I guess the swelling is still there. Kind of just looks like I went to the gym for a couple weeks. Hoping my waist gets smaller soon. My ass is great though.
