Rhinoplasty

I’m very upset as I got my cast removed two days ago and notice no difference in my nose. Not one single person can tell the diffrence. I paid so much money out of pocket , didn’t even use a medical loan or anything and it looks no different. I literally want to cry as I was so excited for this procedure and took so much work off that I couldn’t even really afford to miss and I’m still stuck with this nose I’ve been so self conscious about
