Getting my tummy back! Umbilical hernia repair, diastasis recti repair, and mini-abdominoplasty after having 4 babies

Feeling stronger every day! My abs were repaired all the way up to the top and the top muscles are still a bit tender if I over-do it. Coughing and sneezing still hurts, but I can spit and poop (tmi?) early now... swelling is minimal and belly button is changing a bit more.

I’m comfortable wearing just Spanx now instead of my bulky hospital binder. Swelling is gone and I can stand straight, wear heels, and do my normal routine aside from heavy lifting or working out

Every morning I can stand a little more upright. My husband said I look like an evolution of man chart lol
