I regret this decision so much

I had 4 kids and I had a little bit of extra skin on my lower belly. I heard this local surgeon is great at tummy tucks so I went to see him. He was very kind and caring, gave me to options, a full tummy tuck and a mini. I was concerned about the scarring and he told me that if he performs a mini a certain way where he makes the incision a little bigger, he can help me achieve what I'm looking for which is a tighter stomach. I was confident in his skills so I went ahead with it. Six weeks post op, I noticed two bulges that looked like horns on both sides of my hips which also shows when I wear a bikini. I went back and he took some more extra skin off. I waited for a year after to heal hoping it would be better with time. It has been about 2 years and it still looks awful. I went back and the consultant was rude and they were charging me another $5000 on top of the $7800 they had initially charged to fix what they could've done correctly the first time. The doctor said all is needed is to pull the skin tighter....well wasn't that the original plan? I don't understand why it's half way tight. I regret this decision so much...before I was able to wear midriffs but now I have to hide my stomach. All I wanted or him o o sinks this right but instead the office patient consultant was very insulting and rude. Look at my before and after pics....my before was much better. Now my stomach looks disheveled.
