I would rather die then ever go back to see dr.peterson i highly discourage any person to ever do business with him as he is cold and has terrible bed side manner, I went to dr.peterson for a consultation for a little bit of liposuction. I was told that a mini abdominoplasty would give me the results that I was seeking I agreed. Thinking that since he was a board certified surgeon that he knew what was best for my body. But I was very wrong because I did not even do the research of looking into his work before proceeding with my own procedure. I had wound care issues starting the first week. After coming out of surgery, I don't know why I think he was too aggressive with the procedure which led to the incision opening i was told it was going to be a small incision right above my pubic. Area when I woke up, it was from hip to hip. During recovery, I only had been prescribed. percocets for 3 days when my fiance called saying I was in excruciating pain, he said that the only way he would fill my controlled substance script is by going in there myself, but I live an hour away and I couldn't even walk to the toilet, so he gave me a week prescription 4 tramidal. and after that, it was cold turkey with melatonin and benadryl i was in so much pain for a month i wasn't sleeping right it was taking me consuming three melatonins plus four benadryls, just to fall asleep which I conveyed to him, but he didn't care the receptionist I even told and she said that seemed worrisome but still was overlooked i developed a serroma i personally think that he took out the wrong tube too. Early one that was still training excess amount of fluid when he should've pulled the 1 that was draining the least first, which would probably of diffused any risk such as a seruma
I went into surgery a 110 pounds I'm 7 months post opp and still a 135 pounds when that's what I weighed right out of surgery which was also conveyed that it was just swelling i kept going to post op appointments, but after month 5I became discouraged because I was being gaslit into thinking that everything that had happened to me was okay, and it's not do not go to him. Not only did he ruin my body, but I worked in the service industry, and my image was everything to provide for my son financially.
I have been without a job since getting surgery from him. Due too being botched.
My fiancé has taken care of me and my household since surgery. I won't even get undressed in front of him anymore. My self-esteem is shot.
