Botched surgery
Been in the hospital several times following this deadly procedure from infections to anesthesia complications. Now I’m being told that they may have used mesh and improperly attempted to tighten the stomach muscles putting all my other organs in jeopardy.
Botched Surgery in DR/ Almost Died
On February 16, 2022, I opted out of having surgery only to find myself on an operating table being cut open. I had bad feelings from the beginning as none of my questions were being answered by this doctor. I tried several times to cancel and get my money back.The procedure was to be muscle repair and mini tummy tuck w/ little lipo and a bbl shaping.
After finding myself on the table as they only used local anesthesia, something I was against, screams of NO and STOP went unheard. I woke up during the procedure 3 times in pain and disbelief. I could see that there were 2 males cutting into me.I had no idea who these men were but Dr. Bello was not present. Eventually I gain full consciousness in a recovery area where I began to vomit excessively. My head was in so much pain, my ears were ringing, and my throat was sore and on fire.
I could see there was bags of blood hanging along with a saline IV. I inquired about the blood and it was removed. I realized they had operated on me although I declined.
After several hours of laying there, still very sick from the anesthesia, I was transported to the recovery house.
I had paid for post surgery medication but denied. I had to show them proof that I paid for it.
Thank God I had pics of all my questionnaires and receipts. I could not eat or drink for 3 days. I tried to drink water to stay hydrated but even that came up. On the 3rd day I started my massages. They were very painful and I was very swollen. Not seeing any results I was optimistic and cordial with the doctor. Because I was still very sick I was bought to the clinic and told I needed another invasive procedure called a spinal lumbar. I declined especially since the anesthesiologist was not the same person I spoke to enabling my decision to decline the surgery. I was also threatened to stop complaining and asking questions at the recovery house.
I knew I had to just get home. The doctor tried to extort me for more money and I paid it. She also refused to give me my Covid test unless I did. This would disable me from traveling as it was required by the US to enter.
I finally made it home only to have to be rushed to the ER. I Remained in ICU for several days with my husband inquiring information from the doctor pertaining to my surgery that would better help me. He was giving NO INFORMATION. The doctor was very combative, egotistical, and arrogant. She refused to provide any of the surgery information. He asked, how much blood was lost, how long was the procedure, were there complications, was blood giving? Nothing!!! I remained in the hospital and survived the ordeal but not without a price. My body is now deformed and requires a stomach revision, because they had lipo my entire legs, I could not walk. Time will tell the outcome of them. I’m not eager to engage in ANY surgery as I have nightmares every night. PLEASE DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!
