Three months post-op - my abdomen looks bumpy and prominent

I had a mini tummy tuck with muscle repaired and liposuction three months ago, now my abdomen looks bumpy and prominent on the upper abdomen and the lower abdomen. If I press de Lowe abdomen with my fingers my muscles feels tight but it looks prominent. Could you advise me how this can be fixed, how long I need to wait and what can be the problem?
