After having my third and final baby...I’ve been busting my ass in the gym for the last year and have finally gotten to the point where I am proud of my body and the progress that I’ve made. But then I look at the stretched out skin on my stomach and my sad boobies...there is no fixing that in the gym...and it is time to get my body back!

I met with two other surgeons before I decided to go with Dr. Zemmel. I liked that he performed his surgeries in a hospital and that he was cautious enough to keep me overnight. The other doctors that I met with wanted to perform outpatient surgeries and one of them in office! No thanks! He answered all of my questions, listened to what I wanted, and didn’t try to talk me into a full tummy tuck, (which the other doctors that I met with did). He had a good beside manner, I felt super comfortable throughout the entire process, and his nurses were super sweet too. I had a breast lift with augmentation and a mini tummy tuck. A year later, I can say that I 100% made a great decision to have cosmetic surgery and chose the right doctor.

Thank you for sharing your journey. I am interested in a mini tummy tuck. Despite exercise and weight training I have residual loose skin which i hate. Who is your surgeon ? Good luck and wishing you a speedy recovery

Deposit has been made and surgery is schedule for 1/3/19! Having a breast lift with implants and a mini tummy tuck. Excited and nervous!
I started lifting weights in January of 2018. In the past 12 months, I’ve lost 35 lbs and packed on some muscle, but also have completely lost any fullness in my boobs and have saggy stretched out skin on my stomach from 3 pregnancies + weight loss.
