WORTH IT
Acquiring the family jowls after 50 was something I had expected, but I was shocked that it happened so quickly. A mini facelift and submental liposuction was what was required and Mr Tiryaki was the surgeon for it. I am so pleased with my choice. Not only do I look better, but my face feels ‘lighter’ and I am more confident for all the pesky video calls in recent months. I don’t show my full face as I am rather embarrassed about my vanity and so would not wish to be recognised. After such extravagance I am now focussing on donating to good causes to allow me to assuage my guilt!

You look great. This should be a " guilt" free zone. Was it a mac lift w/ muscle lifted also? Do you mind telling me the cost? I'm researching this typeof mini lift and cost is a factor.

There was muscle lifting with deep sutures, but I’m not sure whether this would be defined as a MACS lift. The cost was about £8500. Everything was included in this fee (except initial assessment). My view was that I only wanted to do this once so I would not skimp on it.
