I am 4 months post surgery and the problem is not resolving

I came to see Dr Boonchai in December 2023.
I was in talks with someone named Wilawan who I spoke with in relation to my booking.
I had my surgery at the new clinic at Bonnie Hospital.
I paid for a mini face and neck lift which was meant to include my chin.
When I went in for surgery the nurses struggled continually to find a vein to get my drip in and after repeated attempts and myself in tears I told them to stop and that I wanted to leave and wanted my money back. They then after about 6 attempts of really hurting me and me expressing my pain that they would give me the face mask to put me under and then find a vein another way. I guess only because I wanted to leave.
After I woke up from surgery I had a drain in the right side of my face and not my left, this was never explained to me why, still to this day.
I was given a very cheap head wrap which I don’t think was of very good quality compared to what you buy online from medical websites in Australia for the same surgery.
When I went for my follow up I was not given the chin reduction which I paid for and I have a very prominent double chin still. I expressed my disappointment and he said I would have to come back to re do it 6 months later.
When I left Bangkok my right side of my face was still very swollen and when I got home to Australia the swelling went down and that’s when I noticed 2 very defined lines down the right side of my face.
I went through my coordinator John through Thailand plastic surgery but felt I was getting no answers.
When I looked down which I have to do, the double chin is pulling the right side of my face and looks like it’s stretching it, creating these lines.
I have asked repeatedly why did I have a drain on the right side of my face, 3 times through my coordinator and 3 times direct through Dr Boonchai and each time I was ignored.
I have since emailed Dr Boonchai and asked for a slight refund as I refuse to come back to have my chin rectified and I have been told no. That I have a good outcome, I just have unrealistic expectations and I don’t have a double chin front on when I look down but I definitely do. And on top of this the double chin is creating ripples on the right side of my face which I believe will over time spoil my face surgery.
I’m 38 years old and lost a fair bit of weight after my son 5 years ago and had sagging skin and jowls which is why I wanted the surgery. Being 38 and not having extreme problems I believe my expectations are not unrealistic and paying for your chin to be done and them not doing it and refusing to give me any money back is poor on their behalf.

Have had answers from other surgeons

Seems that my face lift was done wrong, I have had responses from other doctors regarding the pulling look on my right side. Left side is good, right side is horrible. I feel like one surgeon did my left side and another did my right side. Both scars are horrible, thick and obvious and not where they are meant to be and I’ve been told I need to have surgery to fix what he did to me
