It is Monday the fifth of November which would be 5 days since my surgery. Feel so great. Just takiing Tylenol, took a shower and just realized I didn't smell but the bra did! ugh! I notiiced while showering that my bellybutton gauze was really wet . I called the nurse at the clinic and she said she would change dressings for me! So glad cause it not so pretty. Has anyone taken that tape off by themselves? Is there tape that should stay and tape that you can take off?? I know they glue tape on the bottom portion of my belly and same with my breasts. Otherwise I am not sure what I can and can not do in the shower. Anything I should not be getting wet? Also the sleeve that goes under the binder has blood on it. Shouldnt this be replaced? I still have my tubes in and they are not ready to come out. Any tips let me know Thank You

I am a forty four year old married woman with one nine year old child and two strong dogs. I make choices very quickly. I guess you could call this impulsivity. I decided to lift my breasts which are a 36C and a abdomonplasty to get rid of the skin and scar tissue I have from something else. I work out everyday and feel healthy but always wanted a smaller tummy and HOPEFULLY this did the job! The size of my breasts are fine but I literally needed a crowbar to lift them which meant an expensive bra to handle that:)

My surgery went fine with exception of a herina the doctor found! He sewed that up as well. I took a shower yesterday and my abs look good! If my abs were swollen when I looked in the mirror, I can't wait to see when there not! My breasts look great. I can't imagine what an implant would have done but I don't think I needed that.

The first twenty-four hours are very painful. The fourth day I am walking around with a little pain mainly in my back!

I just had the procedure on the 31st of October and everything was well done (so far). I chose a provider that was close to my home. I was getting some tips from an amazing nurse to see what I could do with my fine lines. What I reallywanted was a lot more but didn't want to pay for it and was scared. The nurse was so sweet and funny and began to trust her. This is when I began to ask her about a breast lift and abdomonalplasty. Did not know the doctor at all at that time but knew he had a good reputation.
