I've always had stubborn belly fat that I could lose with diet or exercise. Initially I want to get WaterLipo, but I stumbled across coolsculpting on YouTube. After months of research, and reading reviews on the procedure. I decided to move forward with this procedure instead of WaterLipo. I found a few places in my area that offered this procedure, so I scheduled consultations.
The day of the procedure I was nervous. But I decided to go through with it. Once the applicator was applied it wasn't painful or cold. But I have a higher tolerance for pain. The area I treated was my stomach. And it was about 1 hour session. The most painful part of this process was the massage. The pain level was 7 out of 10. But after 5 minutes I was fine, and proceeded to go to work. Day 1-3 was a breeze, so I figured I was out of the clear. Day 4-8 is painful and my stomach had a deep itch. I was really numb and swollen. But the pain was tolerable. And I didn't take any medications. I didn't see any results at my 4 week checkup, so I was getting discouraged. But all of a sudden I woke up today with a noticeable difference. I look forward to the next 3 weeks. I'm considering round 2 to optimize my results. BTW I workout 4-5 days a week and I was out of the gym for 2 weeks because of the procedure. Anyhow, I hope this was helpful.

Thank you for sharing your experience and your pics!
What made the massage so painful?
so how many weeks out are you now and did you see any more results? They say it takes 6-8 weeks before you will see any changes?
It took 6 weeks to see results
Yes everything you mentioned is exactly how my process is going. I'm on day 9 and the burning sensation is very limited. I'm looking forward to the final results.
Good luck
