I originally had a consult with Dr. Blake three years ago. I've finally gotten to the point where I feel like I'm ready to do it. So I went for a consult again on 02/10. Second time meeting Dr. Blake was similar to my first consult. Everyone was very nice and professional. I asked a lot of questions the first time around so I already knew quite a bit. I didn't feel rushed and he made me feel very comfortable. We talked about his experience and even his family and relocation to Milwaukee. I am very petite so I'm not looking to go really big; however, after reading everyone's reviews I'm now actually scared of going too small. He advised that he was thinking I should maybe go 375-400ccs for a look of a full c. I'm currently a very small 34 B. I've done well at increasing the appearance of my actual size with push up bras. I've always felt self conscious about wearing certain shirts or dresses due to my current look. I've breast fed two children and I feel like my breast have deflated each time. I'll update more as the time gets closer. Hopefully I can work up the nerve to post pics as I've found it very helpful to read all of the experiences on real self .

On my way now headed to surgery. I'm not nervous at all about the surgery I'm jut not feeling prepared. I was told to bring in pictures of what I wanted but was not able to get them in time. I do have pictures on my phone that hope he can use. I finally worked up the nerve to add a before pic. It's not the best but I hope it will help someone.

Day 1 post op

My surgery went really well. All of the staff were amazing as usual. Before going under Doctor Blake spoke with me again about my expectations. Very kind and understanding. He was as honest as he could be in reference to the pain that I would experience afterwards. I remember walking into the surgical room laying down, receiving meds through the IV, oxygen and that's all. When I woke up I was in recovery. I couldn't leave until they felt like I was ok to go and urinating first. I began to experience a lot of pain but was not allowed to get meds until I ate and drank water. The ride home was a bit uncomfortable and bumpy. Last night was the worst. The medicine wore off in exactly four ours. I thought I could only take them every 6 hours so I suffered until then. Nurse Sara called me this morning to check on me, schedule my first post op, and advised that I could take a shower tomorrow night. I'm still in quite a bit of pain so il will update more tomorrow and upload pics before my shower tomorrow night.

The first 3 days were the worst for me. It gets easier I promise. Sleep as much as you can and try to eat with the pain meds - otherwise you may get really nauseated. I hope you feel better very soon. Sending recovery wishes your way xoxo
