Botox update

Yesterday I had a Botox treatment In 3 places, always a worry! My forehead, crows lines and the 11's lines. My surgeon is really good and I use him for non surgical treatments - I have attached some
unglamorous before and after images but minimal difference yet but at 48 and a high stress lifestyle with ultra marathon running, it is vey much required!

Interesting through, I am scheduled for a MACs lift in Feb, but he feels it's too early but I feel it's needed to repair the damage from a thread lift from this July/August.

What do you think?, real plain Jane ugly pics but - it is, what it is?!

Thank you S x

Yes I can see a nice difference. Smooth and refreshed looking. I've not had Botox yet myself but your outcome looks ideal for those wanting. Your face has such a lovely structure and naturally beautiful. You have a very chic look and most important you look happy. This even before your surgery! : ) I'm 43 and considering some kind of lift so I'll be following your story.
please share pics when done (especially of the scars.. very scared of the scars me ;)) )

All the best with your mini lift, I will be following you to see how you are going.
I have just had a Suture lift with skin removal I am told is a bit better than just a thread lift. I am still recovering, I am interested in why you had the threads removed? I was told that this procedure is not suitable for very thin women, but after I had mine done. Which made me sad and worried but so far I am good 3 weeks post lift.
Are you having a macs lift? This will be my next procedure if I go down that path
Hi there Nat13au10
Thank you for your message ;). Threads left me with lumps and thread lines, but mostly pain without improvement. I agree thin women and threads appear to be a challenge! I have thin skin on my face (all over in truth), which does not help a youthful appearance!! Yes a Macs lift, I'd like more but my surgeon and budget say no! Hope your doing well, I'll have a look at your progress if you are updating your profile :) x
Your skin looks pretty tight what will they lift? You could just do Botox instead ?
Thank you for your message wifey67. I do have Botox on my forehead and crow lines every 6-12 months but I do have extra skin when pinched by my ears and I can see/feel this...sadly! Ideally I would wait but I had a lower thread lift, which was removed after 8/9 weeks and it left 2 lumps and more wrinkles...the mini lift will remove these. Botox is my favourite solution every time but think I need more now. Thank you :)
