37 Ys Mummy of 2, 32aa, 153 Cm, 43 Kgs - Motiva Ergonomix 235 CC full

I have been wanting a "normal" cleavage, always been flat chest even before children (32B) but now I really look gross...32AA!
I decided to go to Dr Gualdi in Milan since I liked his technical approach. He gave me a few valid explanation about what he would approach my op: 1) under the muscle because I am totally flat and have no skin 2) periaereolar incisions because since I am seeking for no big implants the scars would be too visible otherwise 3) considered my frame I could not have more than 230 CC (some "doctors" even suggested me 350!!!). I am going to have my op in 6 days and I am so scared of the post op and how to manage my kids then. I have a full time help who will definitely make the difference. Wish me luck!!

My procedure will be in 2 days, a bit disappointed by the patients assistance of my surgeon because nobody wrote or called me giving me suggestions on what to wear or what to do. I received a brief email from his assistant in November simply telling me time and location and not to take any medicaments one week before the operation. Just a brief and not detailed at all. My friends, who are going to have the same procedures in the next days were all contacted by phone and emails with lists of suggestions. Anyway...I hope that the follow up will be as great as I have been told because that's more important than anything. So, I am going to have 180-230 cc motiva ergonomix unders periaereolar incisions. In less than 9 hours I will be catching a cab to get to the surgery center. I hope I will sleep a little because I am so nervous. I have been waiting for this day for months and after researching and documenting a lot I thought I was sure and convinced about everything...there it goes: I am now freaking out about sizes. I am afraid the implants are going to look huge on me. I start thinking that the surgeon's assistant ordered the wrong implants not ergonomics but round...of course these are just stupid doubts I have. Well off to eat something since I will cut off foods and liquids starting from midnight. Wish me luck!!!
