:( Knuckle under skin ... Anyone else?

So last night I just noticed a spot on my left breast (outer lower pole) where if I sweep my fingers over my outer breast I feel a small dip and bump. If I push it goes back but returns if I release. I'm
panicked because from what I've read a fold could mean having to reoperate as this could compromise the implant and thin out your skin from the rubbing of the protrusion.
Anyone felt this "knuckle" before?

Hope all is well. How are you feeling and how I'd is the knuckle? My BA is May 6th. I am about the same size as u and stuck in a size. I'm a 34aa. Thinking 300 may be to big as I see 265 on you looks great and natural. What I'm looking for.

Hi there! thanks! The knuckle smoothed out over night thankfully!! I was feeling miserable about it. My muscles just needed to relax more :) so stressful! They had squeezed the implant and that irregularity was a result of it. I'll take a pic and update so you can see how the 265's are progressing! Picking sizes was hard for me as I was panicked over going too big. Try on both the 234 and 265 sizers if you can :-)

Thanks so much for asking! I should post an update soon. The knuckle went away over night! What a relief - I didn't know that it was a possibility but the muscle was squeezing the implant forming a palpable dent and bump! My breasts dropped abit so the muscle was relaxed enough for the implant to relax it's folds. Quite nerve wrecking to begin with!

The swelling is much improved although now they're looking more coconut-like as. the edges are more defined (hope the fluffing begins soon!)
I have noticed they feel a little more firm and slightly sore in the evenings. It's hard to cut back on the activity level with 3 kids but I'm doing my best not to jeopardize the healing process. I'm learning to tolerate the surgical bra as it actually pushes my breasts slightly more together.
I have my follow up appointment with Dr. Gervais next Monday and hopefully the tape comes off (if my incisions are healing well)
