Glad to hear you're doing so well! You look great! I think exercising helps with the overall healing. I've been working out a little since 9 weeks and I really feel it makes a difference on how I've been healing since then.

Exercising

Hello my tt sisters. Im doing well 2mos post op, still some swelling but I can see some light at the end of the tunnel. Exercising is going well running 4.50 miles every three days, just started with some crunches no pain. Weight is steady, going to sign up with weight watchers to maintain. Trying to break away from the CG but it's my security blanket when I'm chilling and exercising. Still numb right below my bb but this to will pass. Pictures to come.

Wow! It's hard for me to imagine doing crunches - I can't use my core to pull myself up , think it is a mind thing with me , I use my arms to pull myself up - you are a motivator :)

Hello my tt friends I am 7 weeks post op today. I got through last week, I was totally uncomfortable but things got better this week. I've changed up my wkot eliptical, treadmill, and walking at least 3-4 miles 6 days a week. Still wearing my cg to wkot in but no cg at night. All my preop clothes are a little big in the waist. Unbelievable that I do wake up with a flat tummy and it fairly stays flat throughout the day im still a little swollen but each day gets better.

It was issued to me from my doctors office. I now only where it to the gym and in the evening but nothing to bed.
