After considerable research which revealed nothing but positive reviews of Dr. Zemmel and Richmond Aesthetic Surgery, I scheduled a consultation. The reviews were right on target. As soon as I walked into RAS, I was immediately made to feel comfortable. The level of thoughtfulness, warmth and service exhibited by every member of the RAS staff was top-notch. From the first consultation to the surgery to the numerous check-ups post-surgery, Dr. Zemmel was knowledgeable, informative, professional and accessible. It was clearly evident he has a passion for his profession and his patients' satisfaction. He listened to my specific wants and thoroughly delivered. My results are beyond what I even imagined. Without question, I would return to Dr. Zemmel, and highly recommend him and the Richmond Aesthetic Surgery staff for any procedure you may be considering. Their competence, friendliness and attention to detail are second to none.
