WORTH IT
5 and a half weeks post-op this is the first time that I just feel real comfortable I think all of the swelling is gone my breasts have dropped the right one more so than the left. Sleep without any pain or discomfort and off all Motrin. I don't feel the swelling in the morning like I did the first 4 weeks. Scar's healing really nice. Overall I do feel like I've lost at least a half a cup size although my family says that they don't see any changes possibly just because my breasts are now softer and lower that I feel this way. As everybody else also says I wish I would have went at least to a 440cc I'm at a 400cc. I am still very glad I made the decision to go sub glandular to reduce the healing time and to just not worry about possible animation. Extremely happy and satisfied!

I finally can sleep lying down much more comfortable. Swelling has reduced and sensation is slowly returning. Scars healing.

I am going to follow your progress! I went under the muscle because I am very petite and had very little tissue to begin with. I now unfortunately have sever "animation" (or whatever we want to call it) and I am very self conscious from it. I used to bartend part time and I found that there were many movements I did while bartending that made my implants very noticeable if I was wearing any kind of low cut shirt. If I muddle a mojito it is so obvious - low cut or not... I wish there was an alternative for me so I didn't have such a distortion to my chest when I use my pecs. When/If the time comes for me to switch out my breast implants I wonder if anatomical subglandular would be a better option. So far I think you look great! Do your incisions hurt?

I was told by my surgeon at my visit pre-op to go so muscular after speaking with the pre-op nurse at the visit I literally changed my mind last minute and went above the muscle, subglandular. I was also very nervous about the animation effect I kept reading about. I am very glad of my decision I literally did not have any pain anywhere, none at my incisions at all just a lot of swelling. Motrin was enough to get by. Now 3 weeks post they've settled and little swelling in the am. Thanks so much for contacting me. I'll reply anytime.
