Doctor Marcus is a man with a great personality....
Doctor Marcus is a man with a great personality. He is very easygoing and approachable. I had some work done on my nose and upper lip in 2012 and 2013. The second surgery was partly to improve on the first one and he did it happily without extra charge. Shortly after that I moved out of state or I may have asked for a third surgery... If I could do this over I would be sure to communicate better. I would try harder to help Dr Marcus understand what I was hoping for. I was too shy and trusting. The second surgery was done with local anesthesia and went fast but the result was asymmetrical and not very precise. I would have gladly payed more money for a better end result. Doctor Marcus is the nicest man but COMMUNICATION is key.
