At 61, this was done when I had blephroplasty surgery and a soof lift. You could see the improvement after the initial swelling went away but at 6 months you see the final results, which for me were good. Great for revitalizing the face and adding a softer, fuller appearance but not invasive. It doesn't have the down time that some procedures do so you can get on with your life sooner.

After the initial swelling went away you could tell there was more fullness, but because of the other proceedures there was residual swelling for almost 6 months. It was after that time you could really tell how much the fat grafting made a difference!
You can only do so much fat grafting at one time as it needs a blood supply to survive, what can't find the blood supply dies and is flushed out of your system. I do plan on having more fat grafting done again in early January to continue with the facial rejuvinating. It should help lift the small amount of jowling I see by lifting up the cheek area a bit more and help with the marrionette lines as well.
Dr Marcus has done a lot of this and is good at evening out any asymetry you may have in your face. He has a very good eye for balance and beauty.
