Seven weeks and going strong!

The gym is going well! I am at about 60% capacity, my glutes are finally filling out again, and the bit of muscle mass I lost post op is pretty much back. Swelling in abdomen is getting better daily! I only use my CG during cardio, after the gym, at about two hours at night, more for comfort. Breasts are doing awesome, and sure enough I have slight boob envy like I could have gone a bit bigger :) I am 110% happy with everything!

To top it off, September is my favorite month, my hair and skin have been looking great, and I feel wonderful!

I have my 2 month post op on the 15th.

I use scar therapy silicone sheets on the scar twice a week for 12-24 hours, then warmed cocoa butter massaged in at night, and grape seed oil in the morning. The tt scar is fading nicely. No breast scar since it was a peri areolar incision. No pain, just occasional muscle tightness after the gym.

Ciao Bellas!

Pics before and after

The first pic was a few days before surgery, non flexed abdomen, completely relaxed. That pic made me cry. Second pic is today, with new VS bra for the first time! I've lost seven inches off of my abdomen since surgery at only six weeks out. It's hard to believe it could get any better than this! So pleased my inside and outside match, solidifying my confidence.

Dr. King is so patient, kind, a great listener, has a wonderful sense of humor, and is one of the most eloquent and considerate individuals I've ever met! I am 100% confident that I have chosen the right surgeon and caregiver. He told me he stands behind his work 100%, and "his name is his work", so it will be done right. He views it as an art, and is quite the perfectionist- which I love to hear because I am as well. I am scheduled for July 17, so it is countdown time!
