22 Years Old, Non Surgical Rhynoplasty. Middlesbrough, GB

I had never ever been happy with my nose. I would try and hide my face or cover my nose with my hands when I was around other people because I was ashamed of the hump of my nose from the side profile. I had never had an injury to cause the hump, it was simply just genetic. I knew for as long as I could remember I had wanted to change my nose, I had looked into rhinoplasty but after seeing the process of the surgery I don't think I would ever be brave enough to go through with it. As soon as I heard about this procedure I thought it was perfect for me (I am a bag of nerves with needles or anything of the sort) but for this I felt I could sit through it and bare it to get my end result. I researched for a while different doctors that carry out the non surgical rhinoplasty and finally choose my doctor, Dr Rashpal Singh. I booked a consultation with him. I was really excited to finally try and solve something I had been unhappy with all my life. As soon as I met Dr Singh, he made me feel at ease. After talking about the procedure and all of the risks he offered to do it there and then but I was too nervous and felt like I had to be prepared. Looking back I wish had just gone for it as I was probably more nervous running up to my appointment. He was not pushy in the slightest and simply made me feel like it was up to me when I was ready. Seeing I was quite nervous Dr Singh told me to have a think over the next few weeks. Never having any procedures before I was a bit weary but knew I strongly wanted this doing. I arranged a date with him for the procedure.
The 25th of November had finally arrived. He had previously given me numbing cream And told me to apply it 30 minutes prior to my appointment.
He sat me down and went over the risks making me fully aware of how the procedure would go and what to expect. I openly asked questions for example how long it would last and would it hurt. He reassured me on the pain and told me we will go at my pace. The procedure is suppose to last up to 1 year maybe slightly longer depending on the patient. He used a filler called Juvederm. Juvederm is a filler which offers long lasting results and is used to fill out uneven bumps. This filler is commonly used for lip enhancement as well as a variety of other treatments. He started with the first few injections at the top of my nose between the eyebrow area. I did feel a slight sting but nothing major.
He then moved slightly further down the nose to help even out the hump this again did not hurt but I did feel slight pressure. He did one injection on the tip of my nose I did feel slightly more stinging here probably the worst out of all the injections but again nothing too painful (remember I am the biggest wuss when it comes to needles).
The whole process was instant I started to see the results as soon as he had removed the injection and showed me in the mirror. I had slight bleeding and the nose was a little pink straight after but waking up this morning I have no bruising on my nose just the slightest bit of swelling. My nose is still quite sore but it has only been a day.
24 hours since my procedure and I am so happy with my results. I still have the slightest little hump but no where near to how obvious it was. It is definitely worth the money and to anyone who is considering the procedure I would say go for it!
I would recommend Non Surgical Rhinoplasty and Dr Rashpal SIngh. I am returning to see him next week for a review.
I would advise anyone to Dr Singh he made me feel at ease and is confident in what he does. I can't believe the hump I always hated has now done within a 40 minute procedure.
