Giving RF Microneedling a Try with Vivace
WORTH IT
I have issues with hyperpigmentation from past acne scars and insulin resistance. I decided to give microneedling a try, and read that Vivace’s use of RF as well makes it even more effective.
After filling out the paperwork the provider put some numbing cream on my face and we waited for it to take effect, about 15-20 minutes. Once I was all numb, she explained the machine settings to me and got started. I have to admit, I was really tense waiting for the first stab, but I was pleasantly surprised when it didn’t hurt at all! As she went across my whole face the only areas that stung a little bit were the brow ridge and around my lips. All in all, not even half as painful as laser hair removal even on the more difficult parts.
After the treatment I got a sheet mask and some serum applied. I’m glowing! Looking forward to seeing my results over the next few weeks.
