Update after first procedure
So the swelling has completely gone now. The result is that the marks that were newly formed have faded considerably (50% faded) but the older, white, deep scars have pretty much stayed the same, the elasticity in the skin is still loose and stretched around the old marks. I am going in for my next round this week. Pics attached. The most noticeable is behind my knee because those were the newest ones.
Update after first treatment
I’ve had the first treatment of micro needling on my stretch marks. It was a painful experience to be totally honest. But it was over quickly and afterwards just felt like sunburn. The pain went away after 1 day. I was very happy because the swelling made my whole legs feel smooth and toned, and I can also see the marks have significantly faded. I can’t see how it’s going to be when the skin has healed but so far it has helped how I feel.
Microneedling for stretch marks review
Here are some photos of how my stretch marks look before. I am going to have a course of six sessions of micro-needling to help with the appearance of the marks that cover my legs, hips and boobs. The stretch marks are there due to weight gain. I am going to a top clinic in central London Who recommend the micro needling over the laser treatment. Feel free to ask questions.
