Microneedling Ruined my Face

3 weeks ago I had a session of microneedling with dermapen. I had grade 1 acne scars on cheeks and grade 2 scars on temples.
This treatment definitely made things worse for me. I have large indentations on my face, and more prominent scars. Plus skin texture is completely ruined. Im losing facial fat very rapidly and that worries me the most.
How to fix this problem??

You need to go to a plastic surgeon that does microneedling. Never use those over the counter products. I’m going to get it done with the plastic surgeon that does my Botox. She does Botox, laser for your skin, microneedling. For microneedling, their equipment is totally different and they know exactly how to do it and how much to do it to your face. Go see a plastic surgeon that specializes in skin care.
Sorry to hear you are going through this. Please dont do any other treatment, you will make it worse. You need to let your skin recover and need to stop any inflammation. Also if you are finding your skin is sensitive or burning, then stop using any active products such a vitamin C and A they will just irritate your skin even more.
With chemical peels and time.
