Not Worth It, Facial Fat Loss
I am 26now, I've had RF microneedling done by a dermatologist in London at 24. I have had deep acne scars, cured acne at 23. I've had multiple treatments done and more than £10k spent on scar revision, since.
I can't recommend RF microneedling, because I lost all the fat in my face, all the youthful volume because of it. I look older, and very skinny on my face. I also look very tired all the time and I am now considering fat grafting. I will say: the pros achieved with this treatment, certainly could have been achieved with other less painful treatments. I also had fully ablative laser with another dermatologist, which is super painful, but it was a better choice. I have seen other cases of facial fat loss, even here on Realself, so please, think twice before you decide to do it.
