SylfirmX Scars & Bruising

I got my SylfirmX treatment done back in September and I haven't been back yet since I was left with marks from the needle over my jawline and eye area; I also got bad bruises that got lighter over the time. I would like to know from other clinicians if it is safe to continue with the next sessions or if I should address first the scars and bruises before hitting the same areas again.

The Sylfirm X was approved by the FDA for Electro Coagulation and Homostasis which is destroying blood vessels and cellular material and fat melting via Apoptosis.
Cellulaire material and fat melting? It sounds not good? Why are they using all these procedures, to make us uglier? I was proposed to do Sylfirm X today for skin tightenning. I m thin with some rosacea and skin sagging
Typically Dermatologists or Plastic Surgeon’s that I’ve interviewed do not have the Symfirm X due to inconsistent results and whatever minimal benefits are by far outweighed by the volume loss of fat which makes you youthful and extreme scarring could happen. If you are older with little facial fat or a smoker or take fish oil or vitamin E you could end up with your face deconstructed.
Yes I m not into expérimental procedures like this. And why fish oil and vit E ? Is this also relative to other procedures like ipl fir exemple?
