Microneedle RF (Secret RF) Gone Wrong - Burns/wounds

I am in my mid 30ies. Long working hours and stress made a negative impact on my skin. My skin looked dull and tired.
I was searching for a non-invasive treatment in order to enhance my skin and to make it look good again. I am mixed Asian/Caucasian. I have very sensitive skin and I am prone to hyperpigmentation.
I went to a skin care clinic. They recommended me the microneedling + radiofrequency treatment. The doctor said it would have no risks and my skin would look perfect afterwards. Some redness would be visible after the treatment. Downtime 1 day only. This sounded great to me. I told my doctor about my wish for a conservative/minimal risk treatment without lesions (Peeling, something aggressive etc.).
I had my 1st treatment one week after consultation. On treatment day I was extremely nervous. The doctor assured that everything will turn out well. During the procedure, I smelled burned skin and had a painful sensation. I told my doctor that my cheeks were aching. He told me everything was fine and moved on with the treatment. Long story short: I noticed burns on my face. I insisted on having the heat turned to a lower setting. After the treatment, the doctor put a cream and a new mask on my face. I asked about the wounds. He told me it was completely fine and I should not worry about it. It will fade away. He sent me to the appointment desk to book a new treatment in 6 weeks. I declined and went home. On my way home, sore water ran down my cheeks. I have never experienced something like that. It was like glue! My mask started to stick to my face because of the open wounds.
I called the clinic again. The doctor again said everything is fine. I shall just wait. In the evening, I felt throbbing pain in both cheeks. Open wounds were extremely sore and wet.
The next day, I went to another dermatologist. He sent me directly to the hospital for wound care. The following weeks I received treatment for my wounds. I was told that I had 1st grade burns and open wounds. Still not predictable whether my skin will scar. The scabs fell off (Because of the antibiotic ointment I was prescribed by a doctor).
I am now 1 month post. My skin is still red and sore. I have noticed small white blisters and new tiny moles where my skin got burnt. Patches of hyperpigmentation and many tiny holes and scratches. My skin surface looks yellow (?) and swollen. My skin looks worse than ever before. Christmas Eve and before New Year was a nightmare. I was not able to go out. I wear hydrocolloid bands on my cheeks 24/7 to avoid scar formation and I hope the areas will heal evenly (Not sunken). When everything heals (Hopefully!), I will have laser treaments done to treat newly developed hyperpigmetation/moles and holes/sunken areas in my face.

Wisley choose a doctor who is experienced (With the treatment you undergo), listens to what you are saying (Your requests), explains the treatment (With risks) and doesn't do the treatment for monetary reasons only (DoctorShall help/enhance you). He shall take care of you and take your concerns by heart. I had a traumatic expererience.
I cannot tell whether the treatment outcome with another device and/or another doctor would have been satisfying.
I expected a downtime of 1 day (Redness). After 4 weeks I can tell that my skin looks old and unhealthy/worse than ever before. My skin shows visible marks which don't go away.
I will post an update on this the following months.
