Microneedling for stretch marks

Not worth it!

$2,400
After my 4 treatments I can say with full heart that it wasn’t worth it. The cost and mostly the pain I endured. 12 year old stretch marks I shouldn’t have thought it would be this easy. I went in for my year post op for my tummy tuck and the dr asked if I noticed a difference with the microneedling and I said no. She said she would be talking to the business people from the clinic to see how we can make this right since she also can’t see much improvement. The people of secret MF said that since I had my tummy tuck it will affect my results , and won’t see them fully until year. So I guess I just wait, I’m happy that my dr is going to bat for me and seeing what she can do. She knows ow painful this microneedling process was.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your honesty and candor. I do not have stretch marks on my belly but I have a few on my butt and I hate them. I have tried everything under the sun. When I say "everything" I mean everything you can possibly imagine. From lasers to radiofrequency to infini laser (similar to the one you had), gels, creams, dermoabrasions, carboxytherapy. I have left no stone unturned. I see zero different. Actually, the ones I have treated with plasma fibroblast pen are much worse now. I think the technology is not there yet and I hope it will be there soon. I am so sorry. Yes, you endure pain and you think if it's that painful, it must work. The logic behind microneedling makes sense: you create a lot of microwounds and you force the body to produce more collagen and to close the stretch marks. In reality, it's not that easy. There is a doctor who wrote a book and he explains why microneedling for stretch marks is useless. However, I have to say that you are one of the very, very few people who are so honest and candid. Most people post pictures taken from different angles, under different lighting conditions, difference distances from the cameras and they claim that their stretch marks disappeared. It's wishful thinking.
I had 8 treatments, spaced 2 months apart, on the same areas. Zero difference, lots of pain. I did not give up. They told me I needed several treatments. My stretch marks are not even bad, but I wanted to see an improvement. Nothing. Nada. Zero. When the area is red and swollen, it looks as if there is an improvement, but it's an optical illusion
I also appreciate your candid review. I've debated about micro needling for my thighs but now I'm thinking: maybe not. :/
I've tried every lotion and potion, pickaway laser, e-matrix, what a waist.. I saw a great improvement with microneedling+freshly made ascorbic acid and hyper dilluted Radiesse injections, very superficially directly into the stretch marks.
I hope it helps.

I can see a difference too
Wow, that looks much better to me! I’m sure as collagen and healing occurs it’ll improve even more. Thanks for posting.
It looks way better! I'm not sure what you were expecting.
For real? U can't see a difference? That is a huge difference to me.
Massive difference! Not sure why you can’t see it.

Update

I’ve completed 3 of 4 of my treatments. I don’t see much difference but the clinic says they can see a different when looking at all my pictures side by side. It’s been a very painful process with the numbing cream and nitro.
