Intense Swelling of the Lower Eyelids after RF Needling (and PlexR)

Intense Swelling of the Lower Eyelids, Rest Seems Fine
$726
3 days ago I had my first full face radiofreqency needling (and PlexR for the upper eyelids) with a IMO good doctor here in Berlin.
The procedure went well, but it was more painful than I expected (5/10). I do have a high pain tolerance and numbing cream was applied, but it wasn’t a walk in the park. I guess I was used to the cosmetic micro needling which is not intense at all.
My personal reason for the RF micro needling were the lower eyelids. I had a minor puffy eye due to an injection of the tear through about 2 months ago.
Side note 1:
I opted for filler bc I had some dark circles and minor hollowing. The filler used (about 0,5-0,75ml in each tear through over the course of 2 sessions) was TEOSYAL (Teoxane), which is supposed to be suited for the delicate eye area. I’ve used fillers before and never had any issues, but I guess this one draws more water? The right lower eyelid was pretty perfect afterwards but the left one seemed to developed mild fluid retention, especially noticeable in the morning. I never had any problems with puffy eyes before or maybe never noticed it. Since I didn’t want to have the filler resolved (read too many horror stories and my friends eyelids were worse after hyaluronidase), the doctor recommended the RF needling.
Well here I am, looking like my eyelids got attacked by an angry mob of bees :) The face is fine, a little bit red with tiny scabs from the needles and a few minor breakouts.
The swelling in my upper eyelids from the PlexR (for a minor skin fold) is almost gone.
Sidenote 2:
The PlexR created scabs in the form of little dots. But the nurse applied some post-care tinted lotion, which kinda kept the scabs wet and resulted in the weird full scab that you guys see in the pic. But it’s starting to come off on the edges so I guess it’s fine.
My main concern are my swollen lower eyelids. Did anybody experience similar swelling? I’m a bit concerned that I’m still stuck with puffy eyes and that the filler/fluid retention will hinder the de-swelling.
I talked to my doctor yesterday and she said that she expected more swelling (I forgot if she referred to the RF needling or the PlexR) and recommended Bromelain (which I’m taking for 2 days now).
The pics are from this morning, it’s evening now and the swelling of the right eye went down about 30%. The swelling of the “problematic” left eye maybe 10%. Still very noticeable.
I have a client meeting on Tuesday and that’s going to be very interesting looking like that.

I had under eye filler with restylane and everything was great, after getting my under eyes filled with redensitity 2 I got major swelling and had to get hylase treatments several times. It’s been a year and the swelling is still slightly there, especially in the morning. I also never had swollen eyes. Trying tomorrow RF needling because I spent too much money on hylase and the doctor said it would help.
How is it now? After all those years
