Still have hyperpigmentation after RF micro needling-worried my skin is permanently damaged

ORIGINAL POST

Will Micro Needling RF Grid Marks and Wounds Eventually Go Away?

I had micro needling RF 11/11/22 and still have grid marks and wounds. I'm worried my skin is permanently damaged. Has anyone else had the same experience and did you have a complete recovery in time? I'm having a lot of anxiety and any personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. I followed all the proper after care instructions.

I saw someone elses post saying the track marks disappeared after 3 weeks, hope the same for you. How's the recovery looking? Any improvement?
Hi: it has taken me a full year of monthly Fraxel Dual with a Dr to get back to 90% baseline.Still have slight atrophic scarring.
Thank you for your response. 7 weeks and still raised/brown track marks. no support from the esthetician. Just devastated.

Hi just came across you photos and curious how your grid marks are looking and if you had a timeline of how long it took or found anything that helped you?? Please respond.
The raised grid marks have calmed down BUT they turned brown. I am under the care now of a cosmetic dermatologist MD that did a fellowship in lasers. She has given me hope that I can return to 80% normal. She said I have scars, burns and hyperpigmentation. She prescribed a compounded cream which I use every night. I use silicone scar pads daily. I've been using an LED red mask nightly. I am scheduled for a fraxel duel on February 10th. She said I will need 3 treatments. This has caused me a lot of heartache. Are you okay?
Are you doing all that because the grid marks? Has your grid marks gone away and how long did it take it to? I'm on day 4 and that's what's upsetting me the most is the grid marks. It's gone down a lot the swelling. But you can still see the squares. I don't have tracks/scratch marks. How long has it been and how long was it before the bumps were down. I'm just humiliated and upset over this as I did all my research. The nurse that did it says it's a normal part of the process
