Agnes RF for Chin and Jowls - Zero Results

$2,000
Take a look at my pics. One was taken 2 days before I had Agnes RF performed on my chin and jowl area. The other was taken today (over 2 months later). Take a guess which side is the before and which the after, left or right. I am curious to see if anyone can tell. I see no difference at all.

I am absolutely sick over the money I spent on this thinking I was finally going to tighten up my jowly neck. I am far from wealthy. $2,000 for this procedure was a huge cost for me. But I saved up all year because I wanted to do something to feel better about my appearance and I had been researching my options for years. I finally settled on Agnes because it seemed relatively low risk and people seemed to report pretty good results. The Dr I consulted with said she has done over a hundred of these and even trains others how to use the machine. She seemed confident that one Agnes procedure would yield good results for me, I wouldn't need multiple procedures.

After the swelling went down, which took a couple weeks, I kept waiting and looking for some difference and getting more depressed every day as it became clear that I had wiped out most of my savings for nothing, not to mention the pain and downtime that this procedure entailed. I didn't have unrealistic expectations, I didn't expect to get a perfect chiseled jawline. But I expected SOME improvement, especially given how expensive this procedure was.

I know others seem to have good results with this procedure, but it did absolutely nothing for me.

I’m really sorry this happened to you. I know the feeling. Something similar happened to me several years ago. I went back to the doctor and asked her to take a look at my results. She actually agreed with me that I didn’t have a good result and she made it right. I would suggest you do the same. I’m not wealthy either and I spent a similar amount of money. For what it’s worth, I see a little bit of improvement on your right side, but not $2000 worth. Again, I’m sorry. I would really suggest you go back to the doctor and let her compare your results to your “before” photos.

I did go back for a follow-up a couple weeks ago and she offered to do the procedure again if I'm not satisfied, but why would I go through that again if it did nothing the first time around? It was pretty darn painful and there was a lot of swelling for several weeks afterward. She suggested I should do Scarlet RF to tighten it up, but I'd have to pay for that. I was offered a slightly discounted price on the Scarlet, but that was the best they would do. I can't see spending any more money on energy-based treatments, it seems like a total waste.

I will say in my research, that two treatments are what is recommended and sometimes 3. Spaced months apart. I'm sorry you are going through this though.

This is exactly what I'm afraid of. The other problem with these types of treatments is the practitioner can easily 'play' you by intentionally doing a less intensive process in the first session, forcing a person to purchase another session.

This procedure actually made me look worse as it hollowed out my cheeks. I spent $1800 for three treatments and it hollowed out my cheeks.
