Dr. Avaliani Saved my Skin from Horrible Acne Scars

I will forever be grateful to Dr. Avaliani for saving my skin: As a teenager I had uncontrollable hormonal, cystic acne that left significant post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and indented ice pick scars. This severely affected my self confidence and I could not go outside without makeup, but even make up could not camouflage the unsightly texture of my skin. I am so lucky to have found Dr. Avaliani - she performed a combination treatment of radiofrequency microneedling, Picosure laser, and YAG laser that has completely transformed my skin.
Dr. Avaliani uses the Lutronic Genius RF Machine, this technology does wonders for remodeling scar tissue and increasing collagen production so that my ice pick scars get "filled in" over time. I noticed that Dr. Avaliani adjusts the settings for different parts of my face to address different concerns, for example, she uses more aggressive settings for my T-zone to affect the oil glands, reducing sebum production which in turns reduces the appearance of pores and decreases the occurrence of blackheads. I really appreciate her attention to detail to give her patients the absolute best results that they can get!
Dr. Avaliani also used the Picosure laser to target the post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation which was most prominent on my cheeks. The treatment itself is relatively painless with minimal downtime, I'm basically just a little red for about 24 hours after the treatment, and then I notice some peeling which is completely gone after 3 days. It took about 4 treatments for all the hyperpigmentation from my acne to go away, and since then I just get the laser done every few months for maintenance if I happen to get another breakout.
Last but not least, Dr. Avaliani performed YAG laser to target my rosacea on my nose and cheeks. All the little broken capillaries that I used to have are gone and I also noticed an improved and more even skin tone.
