Microneedling Results - 1st Treatment

I had a micro glow facial (which is microneedling) with Katherine in Dr. Rajani's office yesterday. I struggle with my 1980's sun damage that's resulted in a terribly uneven skin tone, but this evened me out so much, and gave me such a nice glow, I think! And my skin is softer than a baby's bum!
Katherine looks disarmingly young and was sweet as peaches, but don't let her baby face fool you! She is one well-educated, experienced cookie! I couldn't believe someone who looked as young as she looks could be as knowledgeable and experienced as she is. Clearly, she knows what to do to look youthful :-)
She's no run-of-the-mill aesthetician. She's educated, certified, and experienced in anything and everything in which a master aesthetician can certify: from lasers to coolsculpting, chemical peels to microneedling, she offers a wealth of understanding, and she brings that to the consultation table like a powerhouse helping you achieve your skin goals. I'm working on achieving a healthier, younger, more-rested look, and, in my opinion, a healthy glow is a part of that. Katherine's microneedling does just that.
The actual procedure does mildly hurt (I chose not to have numbing cream, but I have an absurdly high pain tolerance) so I would advise normal people to get numbing cream. It took less than 30 minutes and I was out the door. My face was red for about 2 hours, so I'd advise microneedling at the end of your day if you can swing it. With my annoyingly sensitive skin, I was shocked the redness went away so fast.
As microneedling treatments are continued, their effectiveness grows and grows. For my first time, I'm happy with the healthy look and uper-soft feel. If you have a special event coming up, I'd definitely recommend getting this done the day before.
