Replace Most of Your "Nurses"

This review isn't about the doctors because they're sweet and will review them individually 5 stars to both Dr. Verduzco and Dr. Chapa BUT my very first appointment I had there was probably the worst experience of any Doctor's appointment. I had one of the nurse gave me on microneedling facial and he clearly did not know what he was doing.They gave me this so called nurse because my appointment was booked as well with another girl who booked the same time. As if my appointment was never scheduled. I drove over an hour, crossed the board and etc for me to go to an appointment that was already booked for someone else? On top of that, the front desk said I can either come back another day or I can wait 2 hours until someone is available. Like how rude and unprofessional can you be? All I can say is I HATE making appointment with the front desk because they put you on hold on the phone, never reply to emails or take forever to respond on instagram. I now personally contact the doctors because of their unprofessionalism. If I didn't like my doctors so much I wouldn't come back because of their other workers.
