Microneedling with PRP
$1,690
I am now 25 years old with texture on my chin and hyperpigmentation from hormonal acne I get monthly. I tried Retin A which helps immensely with clogged pores but doesn’t do much for textured scars. So, I decided to take a break and try out more aggressive treatment and came across dr. Z in Tustin who perform Microneedling with PRP. He recommended me to get the Micro PRP 3 times with 3 week in between and also TCA Cross peel to help with the pitted scar that looks like large pore on my left cheek and to help smooth out the texture on my chin I got from laser damage I did 10 years ago for acne. My skin didn’t heal properly and now my chin has uneven and rough texture that looks like permanent milia that cannot be extracted. My goal is to achieve clear and even skin tone and texture before this summer and reduce the amount of foundation use to allow my skin to breath and glow naturally.

Right after Microneedling with PRP
The procedure was nowhere near painless like some YouTubers describe. First the nurse drew my blood and separates the plasma in a centrifuge. She then applied numbing cream on my face. I waited about 35-40 mins. Then the doctor extracted some active pimple out and began microneedling. At the beginning it was a scale of 4/10 then as soon as he go over the cheekbone and the textures area he went a a lot harder. The pain level became a 8.4/10 real quick. Then when he objected the plasma on to my face at the end that’s when I started moaning in pain even with my numbness LOL. I hope that all these pain is worth it. I am scheduled for a Radio Frequency Treatment this Tuesday and in 2 week after that I am scheduled for TCA Cross Peel.

This is my face after the procedure
I look like Freddy Krueger before his wound healed up. I can’t wait til 7 pm to wash off the blood and apply some of my plasma the doctor gave me then follow with bacitracin ointment. I was also told to avoid putting anything on my face for 48 hours except mineral sunscreen.
