Following, Iv had my first micro needling, and was told to have it with PRP, I’m thinking about going ahead and give it a try.. love to know how yours is going
where did you have this done? And how many times have you done it?
I has this done at Serenity Med Spa in San Francisco. I have had 2 treatments, 6 weeks spaced out. I was told it takes up to 3 treatments to see results. Honestly, i don’t think my skin has drastically improved. The procedure is so expensive and i’m jut not sure if it’s worth the money.

Using 1.5 mm needle this time. First session was 1.2.

Crinkly skin

I'm wearing mineral powder makeup in this photo. As you can see when i smile, my skin looks crinkly. That has always bothered me and makes me so self conscious.

Have you tried using Retin-A along with some Obagi products? I have used these since I was age 35 and had a basal cell carcinoma removed. I'm in my late 60's and I still have compliments on my skin despite a few acne scars. Has done wonders for keeping wrinkles away.

I tried retin A but the skin sensitivity was too much for me. I know it gets worse before it can get better but i didnt want to have painful skin for several months.
You may want to try the Retin A at a very low dose to start. I have acne scars and I had fraxel no the mix-to laser. I have done a professional chemical peel with a plastic surgeon (same time as breast augmentation) as well. If I do another procedure, I'm doing CO2 laser. I did get great results from the MIXto laser! I likely just need another round. My scars are more sever than yours! Good luck beautiful lady!
