Enlarged Pores and New Pores After Microneedling

I have never really had skin treatments before due to exceptionally sensitive skin (dermatograohia - skin writing). I had my first pico laser and exovive microneedling done 2 months. Both were done on the lowest settings to see how my skin responds and lasted only a couple of minutes. My second treatment was on the 6th (2 weeks today since treatment) with slightly higher settings as my skin didn’t react the last time. There was no immediate reaction even to the second treatment, however 2 days after I started noticing enlarged pores and new pores across my cheeks. The doctor that performed the procedures believe it appears prominent due to inflammation and prescribed hydrocortisone that I have been using. I haven’t seen any changes whatsoever except that it temporarily looks less visible after skin care. I had few pores to start with which was my main concern, the doctor didn’t even think my pores were that prominent before we started with treatments. I’m going into a depression being fixated on this. I keep looking at myself in the mirror and dreading what I have done to my skin.
I would like to know if anyone experienced this and if this gets better or what can be possibly done to improve this. I was initially hopeful but after reading plenty of materials I have come to the understanding you cannot shrink back enlarged pores. Any advise will be greatly appreciated!!
Below are pictures since from the last 4 days from today to see if I have any improvement after applying hydrocortisone.
I am 29 years old turning 30 soon.
