Microneedle Left Me with Saggy Checks and Tram Track Scars

In 2014 I was diagnosed with acne conglobata(a rare and aggressive form of acne). I took accutane for 6 months, my face cleared with the exception of a few scars. In 2016, after reading online, I took the plunge and had 6 dermaroller sessions at home (1.5 mm spaced at 4-5 weeks and. 5 spaced at 1 week). After 6 months of treatment I noticed that my face changed in texture, elasticity and overall quality. My faced looked old, haggard and ill. I decided to leave my face alone hoping it will get back to normal.in 2017, my acne came back full force and I was prescribed long term low dose accutane(around 40 mg a week). My second acne wave left even more scars.
After 2 years after microneedle, although there is some slight improvement in skin quality(15 %) my overall face looks almost the same.
Is there anything I can do repair the damage? Thankyou

You can't do it yourself. Microneedling needs to be done by a professional. Try to find some cosmetic surgeon that does it. They'll give you the best results. The place I go to for skincare is a plastic surgeon the does that too. I don't even trust skincare places. They messed up my skin and they're suppose to be professionals; but they'll mess up your skin too. This cosmetic surgeon that does all that, she knows exactly what she's doing. Try to find one that ones skincare as well.

1.5mm is far too long - I use 0.2mm once a month very conservatively with - so far - good results. As you are experiencing ongoing bouts of severe acne I would think going back to basics with skincare regime (acne.org might help) plus some form of regular (every over month?) peel done by a professional may be a suitable option. Mandelic acid has worked for me in the past plus I have sensitive skin so maybe research and try that? You will need a very high factor SPF cream though. Good luck.
