Hunters Creek - microdermabrasion for scar revision

I had an appointment Wednesday March 10, 2021 for microneedling for a scar on my hand. It was scheduled with Melissa Galupo. It cost $175 with a $50 deposit and she tried to overcharge me by $25 which I corrected her. They are very nice people and friendly, but not professional when it comes to quality and price. The numbing cream did not work and I felt everything and I expressed that to Melissa. She also went beyond the scar into other areas of my hand for some odd reason. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I totally forgot about this post only since I got a reminder that someone commented did I remember it. This company did apologize for the inconvenience and this company does care about its client and will reach out if you are dissatisfied. I should of brought up the issue with the company first and not post online being unhappy which I think all patients should do first.
